Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Shipping Locations: We ship worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us through our contact form or chat with us to inquire about shipping options.
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that during busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. Our fulfillment partners operate Monday-Friday, so orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time: Please allow 7-15 business days for delivery after your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the total cost you pay at checkout. Customs charges vary depending on the value of your package and local regulations in your country.

Return Eligibility: You may return any item within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided items are unworn, unwashed, in original condition with all tags and packaging intact, and show no signs of wear, damage, or pet hair.
Return Process: Simply contact us through our contact form or chat with us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number. We'll guide you through our simple return process. For customers in the EU, USA, Canada, and Australia, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost.
Refund Processing: Once your return is approved, we will process your full refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider. If you paid for return shipping, the refund will include the product cost only.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us through our contact form or chat with us immediately with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund right away at no cost to you, regardless of your location.
